Looking for a pattern...

...but I can't find one. POPFile seems to just die randomly. After it kept doing that for longer than I would've liked, I decided to start keeping a log of when and how it dies.

In the graph behind the cut, each bar of black represents time when POPFile was running (against a timeline ticked by days), with any associated errors written to the right. I can't see any pattern to the types of errors given, nor to the timing of the errors.

POPFile crash log graph

Nobody in the POPFile forums has been able to figure this one out. But a user in a general Linux forum suggested that the problem was related to BerkeleyDB, which was just introduced in the latest versions of POPFile.
